Dear Friends most of the
Circles seeking clarification from the Corporate Office regarding Phase-1
Training Lists, Pay Protection, The persons going to be retired during the
Training period, the persons retiring immediately retiring after completion
Training even not completing 1 year service as JTO Regular, Rule-8 cases
and Officiating declined cases. We may
get the clear picture in the next week. Some people are misleading the
Officiating JTOs and spreading rumors that they will get orders without Phase-1
Training, if not they will file the court case for the exemption of Phase-1
Training. Don’t Trust rumors. Our Association is continuously requesting all
the Officiating JTOs not to approach judiciary at this stage of Regularization
process. If we approach courts our process will be prolonged to some more years.
After so many years of struggle we are at this stage of Regularization process.
Don’t lose this opportunity at any cost.
Some fellows are spreading
that Kabeerdas is having only 8 months service. Due to this only he is not
supporting to approach courts. But Kabeerdas will retire in the year 2019.
Since beginning he is fighting for the cause that last man of Officiating JTO
to be Regularized and Implementation of FR 22 (1)a(1) for all the officiating
JTOs through India.
Regarding All
India Meeting
Already some of our
friends given conformation on arrival time and stay for attending the All India
Meeting of Officiating JTOs {JTO(O) A BSNL India} on 01-11-2015 at Conference
Hall, Tourist Hotel, Kachiguda, Hyderabad. All the officiating JTOs those who
are planning to attend the meeting, please give the information of their
arrival for making arrangements. All the active members are requested to
mobilize the members to attend the meeting in large number for detailed
discussions to carried out in the meeting regarding our issues and make it
grand success.
