AIBSNLEA GS met CMD BSNL and
expressed serious concern against non-approval of the HR issues in the last
BSNL Board meeting held on 09.12.2014 due to the strong opposition of the Govt.
nominee Board of Directors even after the clearance of BSNL Management Committee.
CMD appreciated our concern and mentioned that Govt. nominee Directors did not
agree to discuss any of the HR issues till the time presentation on HR Plans is
not given to the Board. However, he told that next BSNL Board meeting will held
in the first or second week of January 2015 wherein the presentation on BSNL HR
Plans will be given and all pending HR issues cleared by BSNL MC will be put up
in agenda on priority for Board’s approval.
Our GS Sri N.Kabirdas is
continuously persuing with Sri Prahlad Rai GS AIBSNLEA and Sri Suresh Kumar SG
BTEF regarding our issue. We are trying in all routes for the approval of JTO
RR 2014 in the next Board Meeting. Further course of action and BSNL Board
Meeting dates will be intimated latter.

It is very sorry to say that, In today's BSNL
Board Meeting also our Regularization issue i.e. Absorption of Officiating JTOs
through JTO RR 2014 is not discussed. Smt. Rita Teotia, Addl. Secy (T), Govt.
of India, New Delhi is refused to discuss the HR issues.
Our Future course of action will be intimated
latter.

On 23-11-2014 State Co-coordinators Meeting was held at T-15, Atul Grove Road, New Delhi. Sri Suresh Kumar Secretary General BTEF and Sri H.P.Singh General Secretary attended the Meeting. FR 22 (1)a(1) and Regularization issues discussed.
Today Our delegation Sri Bal Kishan Rajasthan, Sri R.C.Manwar
and Sri B.A.Rao Gujarat, Sri R.Adam Tamilnadu, Sri Ramachandra Rao Karnataka and
our General Secretary Sri N.Kabeerdas met
CMD BSNL Sri
A.N.Rai and discussed about our
Regularization through JTO RR 2014 approval in the BSNL Board Meeting. CMD BSNL
told that Board Meeting may be on 10th December 2014, but JTO RR
2014 may not be discussed in this Board Meeting also due to the revival of
BSNL issues.
Our delegation also met Sri Vithal Bhai H. Radadiya Hon’ble Member of Parliament from Gujarat given Representation and discussed about our issue. Hon’ble Member of Parliament assured
to discuss our issue with the Sri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Minister of
Communications & IT, Govt of India.
AS per the Authorized sources our
Regularization through JTO RR
2014 approval and other HR issues may not be discussed until unless revival of BSNL issues
approval. Our issue will be discussed if and only any pressure from higher ups.
All the
State Co-coordinators and active members are requested to act as per situation
and contact our General secretary to
decide our future course of action to settle our issue.

Implementation of Deloittee Committee recommendation as a pilot project in Maharashtra Circle.
BSNL
Corporate Office has taken decision to implement the recommendations of the
Deloittee Committee in Maharashtra circle on pilot basis without consulting the
Unions/Associations at any level. All the Unions / Associations strongly
opposing the move.
The unions
and associations of Maharashtra circle are meeting at Mumbai
on 20-10-2014, to chalk out agitational programme, to stall the
implementation of the Deloittee Committee's recommendations.
