Our Association already given
letter to CMD BSNL, Director HR BSNL and GM Establishment after BSNL Board
approval of New JTO RR by conveying our Thanks and requesting them to immediately
release the orders for Regularizing the
2nd Screening Test qualified, JTO Phase-1 Trained Officiating JTOs.
The detailed discussion has also been made with the GM (Estt) and all the General
Secretaries/Presidents of Unions / Associations and requested them to take
initiation for speed up the process of Regularization of Officiating JTOs and
sent for Field Training as early as possible without any Phase-1 Training once
again. We also requested to take the post JTO Phase-1 marks for seniority among
us which was completed by all of us in the year 2004-05 or conduct any
Refresher course on New Technology. All the Unions / Associations assured to
look into the matter and take up the issue to Management for immediate release
of Regularization orders for all the Officiating JTOs.
Even after all the above facts
some of our friends misguiding and spreading rumors to break the unity among us
in the name of Training. But our Association is seriously perusing in different
ways for getting the orders for Regularization of all 2nd Screening
Test qualified, JTO Phase-1 Trained Officiating JTOs with direct Field
Training. All the process may be completed before November.
One thing is fact that our
Association putting maximum efforts and perusing seriously with the Management
and Leaders of the Unions / Associations for getting early orders for Regularization
of all 2nd Screening Test qualified, JTO Phase-1 Trained Officiating
JTOs with direct Field Training. Don’t trust any rumors. Next week we will get clarity
