Gujarat Circle delegation met Sri Prahlad Rai at Ahmedabad AIBSNLEA Conference

Our Gujarat Circle delegation under Leadership of Sri B.A.Rao, Sri Manwar, Sri Prasad and Sri V.C Patel attended AIBSNLEA conference at Sardar Patel Hall, Ahmadabad on 22-02-2014 at 1100 Hrs.  In the Meeting Sri Prahlad Rai GS addressed our issue. He says that Amendments Committee will sit on 03-03-2014 after the Approval of Amendments committee immediately the file will be sent to Management Committee and then finally for BSNL Board Approval. After the completion of all above process by the end of April the Regularization orders may be issued. Our delegation Personally met Sri Prhlad Rai after the conference and discussed about speeding up of our issues Regularization and Implementation of FR 22 (1 )a (1) for all Officiating JTOs since 2005. Sri Prahald Rai responded positively and assured to look into the matter seriously.

21.02.2014:GS, AGS (HQ) met GM (Estt.) and discussed:-

(a) Regularization of officiating JTOs: We requested for an early action on regularization of officiating JTO's. GM (Estt.) mentioned that on 03.03.2014, the committee is going to meet to discuss and finalize the proposed modification in the JTO RR 2001. The committee report will be submitted immediately to management committee for approval. We further requested that in the JTO RR-2014 the provision of fixing seniority should also be incorporated. GM (Estt) assured top look into.

Lates developments regarding our issue and GS Appeal regarding rumors

Our GS Sri N.Kabeerdas met Sri Prahlad Rai GS AIBSNLEA and Sri Sebastin GS SNEA INDIA and All the Senior Officers in Corporate Office in the recent tour on 12^th and 13^th Feb (Already intimated through blog). He discussed in detail about our matter with them and continuously in touch with them. As per the latest news after receiving the views and comments from all the recognized Unions/Associations the Establishment section prepared a final note and sent to BSNL Committee constituted for Amendments in JTO (T) RR 2001 called as JTO (T) 2014. From authorized sources it is learnt that it will be sent to Management Committee in the Next Week. After the Management Committee Approval it will be sent for Board Approval. After completion of all the above process the orders will be released. We are trying our level best to resolve our issue through so many sources.

PCAT case status regarding Reserving of Posts and Tamilnad case status

Toady our case OA./1467/2013, M.A./1333/2013, M.A./1801/2013 listed for hearing in CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PRINCIPAL BENCH NEW DELHI between BSNL Officers Association and BSNL regarding reserving of posts for all the Officiating JTOs , Qualified & Trained TTAs in the Court Hall No 2 with Sl.No 15. Our Advocate Smt RANI CHHABRA and respondent Advocates are Sri LALIT BHARDWAJ and Sri AMIT GUPTA. HON'BLE MR. G. GEORGE PARACKEN MEMBER (J) and HON'BLE MR. UDAY KUMAR VERMA MEMBER (A) are the judges.

But due to non sitting of court all the cases in Court hall no 2 are posted on 27 March 2014.

Tamilnadu court case is posted for hearing on 25-02-2014 Tuesday.

URGENT: AP CIRCLE SSA COORDINATORS

As per CGM’S Office the following SSA’s Vigilance clearance reports are not received for further necessary action for releasing Officiating Orders. 

TRP, ATP, CELLONE HYD, STR HYD, NZB, WL & HTD

All the SSA coordinators concerned are requested to follow-up and see the VC’s are sent to Circle Office as early as possible.
