Dear Friends our Association is continuously perusing the issue Regularization of Officiating JTOs through Supernumerary post. As per BSNL Council Sri Anil Rathee’s Legal advice the case is already referred to Legal Section for concurrence.
PCAT New Delhi Case OA 1467/2013, MA 1333/2013 about reserve the Officiating JTO vacancies is posted on 19-12-2013.
PCAT New Delhi FR 22 (1)a(1) contempt MA for implementation to all the Officiating JTOs from 2005 is listed on 28-11-2013.
Our Central Coordinator will be at Delhi from 27-10-2013 to 28-10-2013 for perusing all the issues.
Since long time we are waiting for our goal, it is near. All the State Coordinators and SSA Coordinators are requested to keep in touch with the Central Coordinator for latest developments and future course of action to reach the goal.
