From AIBSNLEA site regarding Regularization of Officiating JTOs

28.10.2013 :  GS met GM (Estt.) and requested for an early action for regularization of offg. JTOs.  GM(Estt.) assured that the legal opinion received from BSNL's advocates on creation of supernumerary JTOs Posts is finally being sent to Sr. GM(legal) BSNL C.O. for clearance and just thereafter,  it will be sent to BSNL Management Committee for approval and then to BSNL Board for approval. He further assured early action in this regard.
