Item No 10. Regularisation of officiating J TOs:-
There are still about 2000 employees who qualified the examination in DOT period and awaiting promotion and regularization as JTOs. Such officials are officiating for last ten years. It is urged that the officiating JTOs be upgraded alongwith their post or supernumerary posts be created for their adjustment. However, this should be done without affecting the 35% and 15% quota promotions to JTO cadre.
