On 12-08-2015 Our
delegation led by Sri N.Kabeerdas attended
PCAT New Delhi regarding our Regularization of
Officiating JTOs and reserving of Posts case filed
by BSNLOA & Others against BSNL & Others. Our case is posted in Sl.No 46
in Court Hall No-2.

Immediately after the case came to bench BSNL Advocates asking 1
month time for submitting the affidavit for the newly filed MA by one of
Officiating JTO. Pass on requested due to advocate Smt Rani Chhabra is busy in another Court in PCAT. Hon’ble Judges granted
pass on.
In the Second sitting after pass on also again BSNL Advocates asking 1
month time for submitting the affidavit for the newly filed MA. Our advocates expressed
their willingness to withdraw the MA if the time requested by BSNL advocates is
only for filing Affidavit for the MA and let us continue the argument. Even
after withdrawing the MA also BSNL advocate requested 1 month time. Our
advocates opposed the request and prayed for argument. Hon’ble Judges also rejected one months time and finally granted
1 Week time for reply and Final hearing and posted the case 19-08-2015.
