On 12-08-2015 Our
delegation led by Sri N.Kabeerdas met Sri Abhimanyu GS BSNLEU, Sri Sebastin GS
SNEA India, Sri Prahlad Rai GS AIBSNLEA, Sri Suresh Kumar GS BSNLMS and SG
BTEF, Sri H.P.Sing GS BSNLOA and detailed discussion done on Regularization of
Officiating JTOs and Implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1) through out India
without parity. Sri Abhimanyu assured that he will write the letter to the
Management for Implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1) through out India without
parity. In the discussions it is clearly observed that BSNL Management is
planning seriously for implementation of HR Plan in view of Delloitte Committee
Report. It will be more difficult if our issue is not settled with in 6 months.
So we have to continuously and vigorously pursue our issues for Regularization
of Officiating JTOs and Implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1) through out India
without parity.
