Judgment delivered on FR 22 (1) a (1) case for implemnentation to the applicants who are not in the First list.

On 12-08-2015 our Central Coordinator Sri N.Kabeerdas attended PCAT New Delhi regarding FR 22 (1)a(1) case ( OA 2947/2015, MA 2622/2015) filed by BSNL Mazdoor Sangh GS Sri Suresh Kumar & Others against BSNL and another for Pay Fixation of left out people. Our case is posted with Sl.No 8 in Court Hall No-2.. After hearing Hon’ble judges Sri G.George Paracken Member (J) and Sri Shekhar Agarwal Member (A) passed the order to respondents for implementation of FR 22 (1)a(1) for the applicants also.
