AS per the Corporate Office letter dated 23rd June
2016 it is under stood that, An interim order was passed by the Hon’ble CAT
Jodhpur Bench on 06-04-2016 in OA No. 290/000165/2016 filed by Shri Chet Ram
Sharma and others versus CMD BSNL
“Heard Counsel for
applicant. We are not inclined to grant any other interim order other than that
if at all any promotions are made, it will be subject to the result of the OA
and all those promotees must be specifically informed of the existence of this
OA , so that they can, if they want to get themselves, be impleaded..”
So all the active members, Circle / SSA coordinators are
requested to contact Mr Kabeerdas to implead in this case. The case is listed for hearing
on 04-07-2016.
