PCAT New Delhi passed interim
order not to recover from Pay of Officiating JTOs till finalization of the
case. According to that Corporate Office New Delhi Issued letter to al the
Circle Heads for Non recovery from pay of Officiating JTOs till finalization of
the case.
Regarding Rule-8/
Declined cases the process is going on. Our GS continuously in touch with the
Senior Officers in Corporate Office regarding this issue. Director HR Madam is
perusing the case. We may except the favorable orders.
