AS per the Corporate Office letter dated 23^rd June 2016 it is under stood that, An interim order was passed by the Hon’ble CAT Jodhpur Bench on 06-04-2016 in OA No. 290/000165/2016 filed by Shri Chet Ram Sharma and others versus CMD BSNL

 “Heard Counsel for applicant. We are not inclined to grant any other interim order other than that if at all any promotions are made, it will be subject to the result of the OA and all those promotees must be specifically informed of the existence of this OA , so that they can, if they want to get themselves, be impleaded..”

So all the active members, Circle / SSA coordinators are requested to contact Mr Kabeerdas to implead  in this case. The case is listed for hearing on 04-07-2016. 

AP Circle Conference will be held on 26-06-2016 at SPIC Guest House, Karkambadi Road, Tirupathi under the president ship of Sri Y.Ramakrishna Rao. The Meeting will start at 1000 Hours and ends after Lunch. All the members are cordially invited to attend the meeting without fail to discuss about our future course of action.

After conference on 13-06-2016 our delegation Sri Suresh Kumar Secretary General BTEF, Sri N.Kabeerdas GS BSNLOA, Sri Mallikarjun President BTEF, Sri H.P.Singh D.G.S BSNLOA, Sri Tomar D.G.S BSNLMS, Sri M.Rajendra Reddy, Sri Kanaka Raju, Sri Y.Ramakrishna Rao and Sri T.Prabhakar met CMD BSNL Sri Anupam Srivasthav. CMD BSNL congratulated newly elected body and presented a flower bokeh to Sri N.Kabeerdas GS BSNLOA and discussed different issues in detail.
