In Maharasthra, Madhya
Pradesh, Gujarath, Tamilnadu, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh some of our friends
collecting money in the name of Court cases filed by Individuals. The JTO (O) A
BSNL India / BSNLOA are not filed these cases and not instructed anybody to collect the
amount in the name Our Association and also the Court cases which are filed by
Individuals.
Our Association is seriously
and continuously perusing with the Corporate Office regarding FR 22 (1) a (1)
implementation, Reversion of Officiating JTOs to TTAs before sending to JTO
Phase-I Training and also Inclusion of declined and Rule-8 Transfer cases of
the Officiating JTOs for JTO Phase-I Training. After completion of Our GS JTO
Phase-I training we are planning to visit Corporate Office for detailed
discussion and submit our representations. If the Management is not responds properly
we have to approach legally for the following issues.
1)
Implementation of FR 22 (1)a(1) without any restriction and
payment of arrears from the date of eligibility i.e. from the date Officiating.
2)
Correction orders for Reversion of Officiating JTOs to TTAs
before sending to JTO Phase-I Training for Pay Protection because it is
mentioned in the New JTO RR and the First Batch was also relieved as
Officiating JTOs. This order has come purely by the pressure on Administration through
some vested interest Associations.
3)
Inclusion of declined and Rule-8 Transfer cases of the
Officiating JTOs for JTO Phase-I Training.
All batches of Maharashtra JTO Phase-I Training may be start from March 14th onwards.
