[16.02.2016]Management keeps under abeyance, it's decision to hold the
JTO LICE as per JTO RR 2001.
In
the wake the recent order of the Hon'ble CAT, Jodhpur Bench, BSNL Corporate
Office took decision to hold the forthcoming JTO LICE based on year wise
vacancies, and as per the JTO RR 2001. When this was brought to our
notice, the matter was immediately discussed with the Director(HR).
Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, com.Swapan Chakraborty, Dy.GS and com.S.Chellappa, AGS met
Ms.Sujata Ray, Director(HR) today, and lodged BSNLEU's strong objection.
Thereupon, the GM(Rectt.) was called and a detailed discussion took place in
the presence of the Director(HR). BSNLEU objected to Management's
decision to hold the JTO LICE, based on 2001 RR, after having already
implemented the JTO RR 2014, based on which the Officiating JTOs are already
sent for training. After hearing BSNLEU's arguments, the
Director(HR) gave instruction to keep the decision to hold the JTO LICE, based
on 2001 RR under abeyance. BSNLEU will take every possible step to
ensure the proper implementation of the 2014 JTO RR.
