It is learnt that some of our Officiating Friends are collecting huge money in the name of Regularization. Our Association  JTO (O) A BSNL India  and BSNLOA are no way concerned with that collection of amount in the name of Regularization. We are continuously trying for implementation of FR 22(1) a (1) throughout  India and Regularization of Officiating JTOs in so many ways.  We will not leave the issues till the last Officiating JTO become Regular JTO even with so many hurdles i.e. financially, morally, Physically. Don’t be nerves. There are so many Court cases are pending in different Courts regarding FR 22 (1) a (1) and Regularization. In Principal CAT New Delhi judgment is reserved regarding reserving of posts and Regularization of Officiating JTOs. If any judgment came in favor of Management also, still we have sources to further proceeding.

Our Association is seriously trying for delinking of Amendment in JTO RR (New JTO RR) from HR Plan in the BSNL Board Meeting Agenda through different sources for Regularization of all the Officiating JTOs through Amendment  in JTO RR which is already approved by BSNL Management Committee long back and pending for BSNL Board approval with the one and only cause BSNL HR Plan approval.
