TN attended PCAT New
Delhi regarding our Reserving of posts case. Our case is posted in Sl.No 22 in
Court Hall No-4 not with Regular Bench Members but with other Bench Members.

But one of the member in this Bench is already a Double Bench
member in Court Hall No 5. In Court Hall No-5 total 77 cases are there. First
announced that the Bench will sit after the completion of all the cases in
Court Hall No-5. Because 29-05-2015 is the last working day before the summer
vacation for PCAT New Delhi and Bench not sit in regular time all the parties
are taken postponement for the next date. But our Advocate waited up to 1500
Hrs and finally taken postponement. After Summer vacation our case is posted on
12-08-2015.
