Srivastava CMD BSNL in Corporate Office New Delhi wished him by handing over a
Flower bouquet. Detailed discussion done on Regularization of Officiating JTOs
through approval of JTO RR which was already approved in BSNL Management
Committee and awaiting for approval in BSNL Board Meeting since long time. We
also submitted our Representation for the Regularization of Officiating JTOs. CMD
positively responded and assured to do needful for the settlement of this long
pending issue in the next Board Meeting. We also discussed and submitted our Representation
regarding non implementation of FR 22(1)a(1) in various states. CMD assured to
look into the matter.

Officiating JTOs through approval of JTO RR which was already approved in BSNL

time. Sri N.K.Gupta Director CFA BSNL positively responded and assured to look
into the matter for the settlement of this long pending issue in the next Board
Meeting.

handing over a Flower bouquet. Detailed discussion done on Second Screening
Test and Officiating in various sections as JTO, Regularization of Officiating
JTOs through approval of JTO RR which was already approved in BSNL Management
Committee and awaiting for approval in BSNL Board Meeting since long time and Non
implementation of FR 22(1)a(1) in various states. We requested her to give one
more clarification/remainder for the States for implementing the Pay Fixation
under FR 22(1)a(1) without delay. We also submitted our Representations for the
Regularization of Officiating JTOs and Non implementation of Pay Fixation under
FR 22(1)a(1). GM Estt. positively responded and assured to look into the matter
and do needful.
AGM Pers-IV Sri A.K.Singh taken some information from our Central
Coordinator Sri N.Kbeerdas regarding Second Screening test and left over
Officiating JTOs for Regularization.
