Friends in today’s BSNL Board Meeting also our issue is not discussed. Though our issue is a Priority issue in the BSNL Board Meeting HR agenda, Technical issues only discussed but HR issues are not discussed in the today's BSNL Board Meeting. As per the sources HR issues may be discussed in the next Board Meeting i.e. in the Month of July 2015.

Friends don’t get frustration. We are trying in all the ways and waiting from so many years for Regularization. We have to wait few months for Regular postings. We convey our sorry to Officiating JTOs recently retired and going to be retired in the next one or two months. But we assure that we will try in all the ways for the implementation of FR 22(1) a (1) throughout the country. At least monitory benefit will be there for the retired officiating JTOs.

As per the news from Corporate Office the BSNL Board of Directors Meeting will be held on 19-06-2015 instead of 18-06-2015. Our General Secretary contacted the senior officers in Corporate office and leaders of Associations/Unions for their support on our issue. As per the sources we hope that JTO RR may be approved in this BSNL Board Meeting.

On 29-05-2015 Our delegation Sri N.Kabeerdas, Sri M.Rajender Reddy , Sri U.Kanaka Raju of AP, Sri B.A.Rao, Sri R.C.Manwar of Gujarat, Sri Dokhale U.K., Sri Bhende Vijay of MP, Sri P Srivastava of UP and Sri R.Adam of TN  attended PCAT New Delhi regarding our Reserving of posts case. Our case is posted in Sl.No 22 in Court Hall No-4 not with Regular Bench Members but with other Bench Members.

But one of the member in this Bench is already a Double Bench member in Court Hall No 5. In Court Hall No-5 total 77 cases are there. First announced that the Bench will sit after the completion of all the cases in Court Hall No-5. Because 29-05-2015 is the last working day before the summer vacation for PCAT New Delhi and Bench not sit in regular time all the parties are taken postponement for the next date. But our Advocate waited up to 1500 Hrs and finally taken postponement. After Summer vacation our case is posted on 12-08-2015.

Our delegation Sri N.Kabeerdas, Sri M.Rajender Reddy and Sri U.Kanaka Raju met Sri Anupam Srivastava CMD BSNL in Corporate Office New Delhi wished him by handing over a Flower bouquet. Detailed discussion done on Regularization of Officiating JTOs through approval of JTO RR which was already approved in BSNL Management Committee and awaiting for approval in BSNL Board Meeting since long time. We also submitted our Representation for the Regularization of Officiating JTOs. CMD positively responded and assured to do needful for the settlement of this long pending issue in the next Board Meeting. We also discussed and submitted our Representation regarding non implementation of FR 22(1)a(1) in various states. CMD assured to look into the matter.

Sri N.K.Gupta Director CFA BSNL positively responded and assured to look into the matter for the settlement of this long pending issue in the next Board Meeting.

Detailed discussion done on Second Screening Test and Officiating in various sections as JTO, Regularization of Officiating JTOs through approval of JTO RR which was already approved in BSNL Management Committee and awaiting for approval in BSNL Board Meeting since long time and Non implementation of FR 22(1)a(1) in various states. We requested her to give one more clarification/remainder for the States for implementing the Pay Fixation under FR 22(1)a(1) without delay. We also submitted our Representations for the Regularization of Officiating JTOs and Non implementation of Pay Fixation under FR 22(1)a(1). GM Estt. positively responded and assured to look into the matter and do needful.
