B.D.Wani MH, Sri Adam TN and Sri Chanda RJ attended the court for the case regarding
Reserving of posts for Officiating JTOs (OA 1467/2013, MA 1801/2013) heard on
06-05-2014 at PCAT, New Delhi in Court hall no-2. They discussed with Tamilnadu Advocate Sri
Chandra Shekar and Smt Rani Chhabra New Delhi regarding the status of case and developments.
Hon’ble judges are Sri George Parekhan & Sri Shekhar Agarwal. Our side
Advocate Smt Rani Chhabra and BSNL side Advocates are Sri Lalit Bhardwaj, Sri Amit
Gupta and Sri Randir Bheri. Our Advocate submitted the Rejoinder to the court
and notice to the BSNL Advocates. After hearing Hon’ble Judges posted the case
on 17-07-2014 for final hearing.
After the
court hearing Sri N.Kabirdas and Sri B.D.Wani met Smt Rani Chhabra and Sri
Prahlad Rai GS AIBSNLEA at our Advocates chamber in the Supreme Court of India. They
discussed about the implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1) and Regularization of
Officiating JTOs in detail and future course of actions regarding these issues.
