Regarding Regularization
Our Association conveys
sincere thanks to Sri R.K.Goyal GM (Estb), Sri A.K.Sing AGM (Pers-IV) and other
Senior Officers of Corporate Office and staff concerned for preparing New JTO
RR 2014. This note is sent to Management Committee Three weeks back. Due to
different points discussed in the Management Committee and after different
consultations / clarifications finally the discussion on New JTO RR 2014 is
completed and Approved by the Management Committee yesterday by 16:30 hours. The
BSNL Board Meeting may be in the month of June 2014 as per the Authorized
sources. Our Association is sincerely approaching and requesting the all
concerned for the Approval in the next Meeting itself. After The BSNL Board
Approval the New JTO RR 2014 will be published and implemented. We also convey our Sincere Thanks to General
Secretaries and Office bearers of all Associations and Unions who are supported
for the settlement of our issue with the Management.
As per the New JTO RR
2014 it is clearly understood that all the Qualified, Trained TTAs and
Officiating JTOs will be Regularized and become Junior than the recent LICE
qualified and Trained JTOs. All the qualified TTAs and presently Officiating
JTOs may be sent for JTO Phase-I training as per the JTO RR 2014 to cope up
with the latest Technologies and after completion of the Training only Regular
appointment as JTO will be given. This point is not justified. Our Association
and Individuals filed many cases in different circles regarding Regularization
/ Super Numerary /Seniority / Reserving of posts. You are well aware that there
are Three Judgments in favor of Officiating JTOs. The Association will pursue
all the above facts. Our Association is
seriously trying for immediate Regularization of all the Qualified TTAs and
Officiating JTOs. Later we will see the seniority and other related issues
after Regularization. Don’t believe any rumors / SMSs send by un-known persons.
They are seriously trying to separate / divide our entire unity of our Association
at this final juncture of reaching the goal. We will consult all the
Associations / Unions who are supporting regarding our issue and proceed
further for the welfare of all the Officiating JTOs in any matter like
seniority and other issues.
Regarding FR 22 (1) a (1)
The Corporate Office
issued orders clearly for the implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1) with arrears.
The Circle Managements are not implementing the Corporate Office orders. The
Association requesting all the State Coordinators may please give the
Representation to the concerned CGMs for the implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1)
on behalf of all the Officiating JTOs / BSNLOA members at the time of filing
the court case. All the Association members are also requested to pay the dues
of subscription if any. For any further information / doubts regarding this

09490286474 without any delay. All the Officiating JTOs BSNLOA membership may
be certified by Our Central Coordinator and General Secretary of BSNLOA and
sent to the BSNL Management at different levels where ever required for the
implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1) and payment of arrears.

juncture all the State Coordinators / SSA Coordinators / Active members are
requested to be in touch with Central Coordinator for any developments /
clarifications and future course of action. Any new information will be
