(a) Regularization of
officiating JTOs: We requested for an early
action on regularization of officiating JTO's. GM (Estt.) mentioned that on
03.03.2014, the committee is going to meet to discuss and finalize the proposed
modification in the JTO RR 2001. The committee report will be submitted
immediately to management committee for approval. We further requested that in
the JTO RR-2014 the provision of fixing seniority should also be incorporated.
