The emergency General Body meeting of GUJRAT
Circle held on Feb 16th 2014 at 1100 Hrs at Railwaypura Telephone
Exchange, Railwaypura, Saranpur, Ahmadabad. Large number of Gujarat Circle
Officiating JTOs are attended the Meeting. Sri Parik, Sri R.C.Manwar and Sri
B.A. Rao are arranged the meeting. After detailed discussion our GS Sri
N.Kabeerdas addressed the meeting. The following points are discussed in the
meeting.

Implementation of FR22 (1) a (1) for all Officiating JTOs throughout
India from 2005.
2)
Views and suggestions from all Recognized Associations/ Unions
regarding Amendments in JTO (T) RR 2001 called as JTO (T) RR 2014.
3)
Process of Regularization in Corporate Office through Amendments
in RR.
4)
Different court cases pending in different states regarding
Supernumerary / Reserving of Vacancies etc.
5)
PCAT New Delhi cases
status and further proceedings.
