On 27-04-2017 our

Secretary, BSNL OA, Sri Suresh Kumar Secretary General BTEF, Sri H.P.Singh DGS
BSNL OA, Sri Mishra OS BSNL OA met Smt
Sujata Ray Director HR, Smt Madhu Arora GM (Estt) and Sri A.K.Singh DGM (Estt)
and discussed regarding JTO Phase-I Training for Declined/ Deputed 2nd
Screening Test passed, JTO Phase-I completed Officiating JTOs, who are at
present performing the duties of JTO on Officiating basis.
After detailed discussion Director
HR Madam responded positively and assured for approval and early orders. After
the detailed discussion with DGM (Estt) it has been learnt that file is
approved with some modifications. The DGM (Estt) assured that the orders will
be given in the 1st week of May.

positive approach. Our Association is also requesting all the Officiating JTOs
whenever the orders release for JTO Phase-I Training please immediately rush up
for the training without any request for change of Training Center or etc. You
please complete your training where ever they allot. This is our sincere
request.
