Suit filed against President and General Secretaries of Joint Forum of Executive Associations by BSNL Management.

BSNL Management filed Suit against the President and General Secretaries of Joint Forum of Executive Associations IN THE COURT OF SHRI SURINDER S. RATHI, LD. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE-03, PATIALA HOUSE COURTS, NEW DELHI {Suit No. 538 of 2017} regarding the Agitation program pertaining  to Long pending HR Issues.

The DGS of BSNL OA and DGS of SNEA were present in the Court for hearing. The case was posted on 11-07-2017 for next hearing.

FR 22 (1) a (1) Contempt case status

On 19-05-2017 at Principal CAT New Delhi Contempt Petition CP No 572/2016 on OA No 1282/2010 after hearing the case posted on 31-08-2017 for Final Hearing.

AP and Telangana Circle Office issued orders for declaration and latest vigilance clearance for Regularization of these left out Officiating JTOs by sending them to JTO Phase-I training. These orders were issued with the continuous perusal of Sri N.Kabeerdas GS BSNL OA.

Regularization of Officiating JTOs who were not Officiating in the grade of JTO on the date of notification of new JTO Recruitment rules 2014. Corporate office order received to all the circles concerned. The Circle Office administration is processing the training file for approval. The orders for training will be issued after aproval of respective CGMs and allotment of seats from Jabalpur. Our GS is continuously perusing the issue to achieve the goal of OJTO Association " Last man of Officiating JTOs should be Regularized. i.e. All the Officiating JTOs should be Regularized". We convey our sincere Thanks to one and all who supported for solving this issue.

At last with our GS continuous perusal with senior officers in the corporate office and Union/Association leaders orders released for sending the Officiating / Looking after JTOs to JTO Phase-I training. The orders will be directly sent to the respective CGMs where ever these Officiating / Looking after JTOs left out for JTO Phase-I training and at present doing JTO duties on Officiating/Looking after basis.

Our GS Sri N.Kabeerdas Delhi Tour Regrding JTO Phase-I Training for the Declined/Deputed Officiating JTOs.

On 27-04-2017 our delegation Sri N.Kabeerdas  General Secretary, BSNL OA, Sri Suresh Kumar Secretary General BTEF, Sri H.P.Singh DGS BSNL OA, Sri Mishra OS  BSNL OA met Smt Sujata Ray Director HR, Smt Madhu Arora GM (Estt) and Sri A.K.Singh DGM (Estt) and discussed regarding JTO Phase-I Training for Declined/ Deputed 2^nd Screening Test passed, JTO Phase-I completed Officiating JTOs, who are at present performing the duties of JTO on Officiating basis.

After detailed discussion Director HR Madam responded positively and assured for approval and early orders. After the detailed discussion with DGM (Estt) it has been learnt that file is approved with some modifications. The DGM (Estt) assured that the orders will be given in the 1^st week of May.
