Our Advocate argued that
BSNL is providing wrong information about the implementation of FR 22(1) a (1)
and submitted the Pay slips of Fixation and Reverting back. After lengthy
discussion Honorable Judges understand that there is a much difference between both
of the arguments and asked for review of Ernakulam CAT Judgment and posted the case for Final
Hearing on 24-04-2017.
