BSNLEU GS writes to the Director (HR), on the Corporate Office letter, which stipulates wrongful pay fixation in the case of Officiating JTOs. The order issued by the Corporate Office on the implementation of FR 22(1)(a)(1) for Officiating JTOs is not proper and is causing loss to the officiating JTOs. BSNLEU has written to the Director(HR) requesting for corrective measure.
