Latest developements
Our
GS Sri N.Kabeerdas is continuously perusing with the Corporate Office regarding
latest developments. We also sending our representation for the correction of
orders through BSNLOA. Please don’t be nervous, Everything we lost we will
get back. After the completion of our Phase-1 training appointed as JTO our
fighting will be on these issues.
First batch of JTO Phase-1 Training successfully
completed their 5 Weeks Training out of 10 Weeks. We wish all the batches will
complete the training as per the schedule, appointment as JTO Regular and then
start our legal battle if the Management is not correct their orders till that
time.
BSNLEU GS writes to the Director (HR), on the Corporate Office letter, which stipulates wrongful pay fixation in the case of Officiating JTOs. The order issued by the Corporate Office on the implementation of FR 22(1)(a)(1) for Officiating JTOs is not proper and is causing loss to the officiating JTOs. BSNLEU has written to the Director(HR) requesting for corrective measure.

7 circles allotments of slots(batches) expecting next week we are pursuing with JABALPUR
ALL THE 1457 OFFICIATING JTOs COMPLITTED PHASE I TRAINING IN THE YEAR 2004 AGAIN PHASE I TRAINING IS MEANING LESS BUT BSNL BOARD TOOK A DECISION THAT AMENDMENT OF NEW JTO RR 2014 AS ONE TIME MEASURE FOR ALL OFFICIATING JTOs MAY BE REGULARISE WITH NEW SYLLABUS PHASE I TRAINING FALLOWED BY FIELD TRAINING and training 1st batch start from 23/11/2015 all jto's may complete by JUNE 2016 ................................................................................
Maharashtra circle training stopped due to court case,
Those who are not in the court case their individual representations may be sent to the CGM/CMD for training through proper channel Our association also trying with corporate office.
Some associations met HR and Estt for commencement of training clarification for relieve before phase I training to their substantive cadre, you are well known that we got clarification from corporate office Lr no 5-20/2015/Estt-IV/RR 2014 Dated 20/11/2015 that officiating JTOs may be sent for phase I training directly there is no direction from corporate office to revert them to the post of TTA. Now due to some persons involvement again file sent to Director HR for clarification of RELIEVING and for FR 22 (1) a (1)
Same is once again pursuing with madame by our association.......................................
Our association getting so many phone calls messages and mails that early completion of training and Regularisation and issue of clarification FR 22 (1) A (1), Dear brothers and sisters we no since 11 years how we are struggling we will take care..................................

RELIEVING OF OFFICIATING JTOs FOR PHASE I TRAINING
The MAHA RASHTRA circle asking for clarification to the corporate office for relieving of officiating jtos before sending phase I training Revert as TTA substantive cadre.
Maharashtra and other circles of officiating jtos to note that we have tried and got clarification from corporate office very clear and kept in our Blog.That was issued due to AP circle letter,

Sub; Reverted to their substantive cadre before releve phase I training;

Sub; Clarification regarding relieving for Phase I training of screening test qualified jto's as per Recruitment rules 2014 Reg,
Clarification are being raised by various circles weather officiating JTOs are to be sent for Phase I training by relieving to the post of TTA.
In this regard it is mentioned that all the screening test qualified TTAs who are officiating as JTO may be sent for phase 1 training is NO DIRECTION FROM THIS OFFICE TO REVERT THEM TO THE POST OF TTA.
There fore you are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
Our Association once again requesting to all officiating JTOs show the above letter and our G/S also will speak to corporate office once again regarding the same.

MEETING OF BSNL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION /BSNL MAZDOOR SANGH
with BSNL MANAGE MENT TODAY 03/12/2015
Today there was a meeting with BSNL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION and BSNL MAZDOOR SANGH at Corporate office New Delhi in the Chamber of Director HR
Management side. Smt SUJATA RAY .Director HR / Smt MADHU AROURA GM Estt and other Officers SR/Estt/Trng/Legal etc.
Association/Union side. Sri SURESH KUMAR S/G BTEF and G/S BSNL MS / Sri MALLIKARJUN President BTEF/ Sri SS THOMER C/S NTR BSNL MS/ Sri VEERENDER.
Sri SUBHASH GOUR President BSNL OA and Sri HP SINGH G/S BSNL OA.
In the meeting as per the Agenda mainly stressed on * Regularisation of Officiating JTOs as per the NEW JTO RR 2014 and early compilation of Regularisation process commencement of Phase I Training (10 weeks) fallowed by Field training for appointed as Regular JTOs.
,Allotments of more training batches at nearest training centres.
* FR 22(1)A(1) Implementation and clarification to the circle heads clear cut instructions for Pay Fixation 9850-250-14600 (Pre revised Scale) of Applicants of BSNL OA and BSNL MS members and connected cases from the Officiating period.
Madame positively responded and assure that after returns of Sri .K.SINGH Assistant General Manager (Estt-IV) for FR case.She also assured that for Regularisation of All officiating JTOs as early as possible.

I once again requesting to all Officiating JTOs don't misguide by some vested interest persons regarding our issue because after long long struggle we got this order i don't want tell the details of the case because every body knows that how our Association approach each and every door knocked.
In the year 1988 BTTU done Work to Rule 58 days strike for Revision of Pay Scales for TECHNICIANs the main demand of at least one rupee higher than Ope raters, Then MOC late sri ARJUN SINGH and G/S BTTU late sri MADHAVAN NAIR reached Agreement for HIGHER SCALE to TECHNICIANs Immediately FNTO G/S entered in the Agreement but Madhavan nair not allowed our scales was not changed, Same some persons now entering in that category but all officiating jtos not allowing such type of things everybody watching closely.

BSNL Cor letter No.532/2013-Estt.IV Dated: 15.10.2015 Regularisation of Officiating JTOs as per the provisions of Recruitment Rules of Junior Telecom Officer (Telecom)-2014.
The Board of Directors of BSNL,in its 165th meeting,held on 18/09/2015,has approved the proposal for revision of recruitment rules of Junior Telecom Officer(Telecom)-2014.
All the circles have issued the list of officials who are working as officiating JTOs as on date of issue of JTO rr 2014 and same may be sent to BSNL Corporate office and Jabalpur Training Centre for allotment of JTO Phase I Training..........
