I humbly submitting the following few lines for your kind consideration and   favorable action please.

Please refer to all the above letters; it is to bring to your kind notice that Accounts Section of GM ______________________ has been deliberately and carelessly implemented the Honorable CAT Judgment, though the same was asked to implement the corporate office / Circle office orders and PGM/GM_____SSA Office issued the orders for implementation of judgment in OA No 1282/2010 for fixation of Pay under FR 22(1)a(1) in the Scale of Rs.9850-250-14600 (Pre Revised) for the Officiating JTOs from the date they are eligible for pay fixation.

In regard to my Pay fixation Ref Lr.no.(3) the errors were intimated to Accounts wing After showing  the copies of Pay fixation draw by the other SSA’s to my counter parts. Ref. No. (5), (6), (7), (8) & (9) as Example.

Though I have requested concerned sections of Accounts to implement the Honorable Court orders in Total and in Accordance with FR 22 (1) a (1)  and the same was ignored and Proper Response has not been yet received.

Hence with all the above facts, I am requesting you sir to instruct Accounts wing to implement the Honorable Court order with out any further delay as with Pay fixation done by other SSA’s. This will implicate Honoring the “ HONORABLE” CAT Judgment which in turn having the Contempt’s of earlier orders.

Your kind intervention is most required for implementing the judgment in OA No 1282/2010 for fixation of Pay under FR 22(1)a(1) in the Scale of Rs.9850-250-14600 (Pre Revised) for the Officiating JTOs for which act of kindness I am very much grateful to you sir.
