Regarding Regularization
Friends you are well aware that after long efforts of our
(JTO O A BSNL I) the BSNL management prepared a note that Amendment of JTO RR
2001 and called as JTO RR 2014 for Regularization of officiating JTOs as one of the item. The note
approved by MC now it is send to BSNL BOARD The board meeting fixed on
06/06/2014 at corporate office.
Our delegation led by Sri SURESHKUMAR S/G BTEF, N.KABEER
DAS, Y RAMAKRISHNA RAO, M RAJENDRA REDDY and U KANAKARAJU met board of
directors CMD BSNL sri R.K.UPADHYAY, Dir
HR&EP sri A.N.RAI and CS & Sr GM Legal H.C.PANT on 05/06/2014 at
corporate office from 4pm to 6.30pm discussed and requested to approve new JTO
RR 2014.They told meeting may not be conducted due to non availability of some
of the directors.(Sri SHABAZ ALI Govt dir, MS RITA A TEOATIA, Govt, Director, Sri
A.V Singh and N.K. GUPTA BSNL...)
On 6th BOARD Meeting held at corporate office under the
chair of CMD BSNL it was discussed last
year accounts and audit for approval and remaining issues were pending and not approved
due to quorum.

whole time Directors 2 GOVT NOMINEE DIRECTORS AND 4 NON OFFICIAL PART
