Meeting with GM(Estt), BSNLCO: GS and both AGSs met Sri R K Goyal,
GM(Estt) on 17.04.2014 and discussed: a) Amendment to JTO RR: GM(Estt) informed
that the committee will be meeting on the same day to finalize the seniority
related issues in the RR. Assn requested to expedite the same as the
regularization of Offtg JTOs and future LICE to JTO cadre is depending on the
new RR. He assured that the proposal will be send to the MC at the earliest,
most probably this month itself and then to the BSNL Board for approval,
