After some hearings again our cases are listed as below for final hearing

1)  MA for reserving the JTO posts for all Officiating JTOs through out the country as per verdict given by The Honorable Judge in the PCAT New Delhi Case OA 1467/2013, MA 1333/2013 is listed on 19-12-2013.

 2) PCAT New Delhi FR 22 (1)a(1) contempt case: MA filed by our Central Coordinator  for implementation of FR 22 (1)a(1)  benefit to all the Officiating JTOs from 2005 is listed  on 09-12-2013
