We came to know that BSNL Management asked the Legal section
for Legal Opinion regarding Regularization of Officiating JTOs through Super Numerary
/ Personal Up gradation. Legal Section forwarded the issue to Sri R.D Agarwala
BSNL standing council for Legal opinion. The Legal opinion is yet to be
received from Sri R.D.Agarwala. Our delegation is going to Delhi shortly to
meet the BSNL Management to speed up the issue. Please don’t trust rumors.
Sri Prhlad Rai GS AIBSNLEA is also perusing the issue and
going to write a letter to the CMD BSNL to speed up the legal issue and issue
of Regularization orders through Management committee.
