Kerala circle issued local officiating promotion in the cadre of JTO's
Vide letter No. HR-III/2-5/JTO (Offg)/ 2011/25     dated at Tvm the 31-03-2012
126 officials may be regulated as per FR 22  (1) A(1) and it shall be subject to the out come of WP(C)23141/2010 and connected cases filed by BSNL before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.

190 officials may be regulated as per the restriction under FR 35

Please refer to the above letter on the subject. The first para on the last page of the above order stating 'The pay of the officials may be regulated as per the restriction under FR 35 ' is corrected to read as ' THE PAY MAY BE REGULATED AS PER   FR 22 1(A) (1) AND IT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE OUTCOME OF    WP  (C) 23141 2010 AND CONNECTED CASES FILED BY BSNL BEFORE THE   HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF KERALA.
