At last,the BSNL filed SLP in Supreme Court today i.e 02-02-2012 . Our advocate Smt. Rani Chhabra received SLP information from BSNL advocate . The central coordinators discussed the issue in detail regarding FR 22 (1)(a)(1) with Rani Chhabra .She will appear to the Supreme Court on 03-02-2012 for dismissal / direction from Honb. Court. Lets hope for the best . (All state coordinators are requested to initiate for the legal fund to file the court case in Supreme Court )
