Vide letter No.BSNLEU / 526 (JTO) Dated 27/01/2012 to implement the FR 22 (1) a (1) to all the Officiating JTO's which was discussed in the N Council Standing Committee Meeting held on 24/01/2012 Tuesday agenda Item no 9.11 . !!!!!!!!!!!!!
