Our Association is very much thankful to P Abhimanyu (G/S) and Sri P Asok Babu (Dy/GS) ,BSNL EU , who are pursuing our personal up gradation with the management vide their letter dated 9.11.2011 which was addressed to R K GOYAL regarding the closing of contempt of court case 1431/2008 which is on 23rd November 2011 at Chandigarh . Our central coordinator is attending contempt court case at Chandigarh .
The FR(22)(1)(a)(1) contempt case filed in Principal CAT NEW DELHI , expecting the listing of case in the 3rd week of this month ....... KVT is filed in the Delhi High Court by our association ie BSNL OA .
LIC notification may be issued in any moment . All State Coordinators and SSA Coordinators are requested to challenge the LIC notification in P CAT circle wise . We are not against any JTO posts but we should be regularised before LIC examination which is our only aim .
At last the ITS officers absorbed in DOT . It is a very great achievement of UNIONS / ASSOCIATION's of BSNL .
Today central coordinator personally discussed about our personal up gradation / court case with Sri Asok Babu on phone . All State coordinators have a meeting at New Delhi on 24th Nov 2011 and the same delegation is proposed to meet all NC members in New Delhi .
