Our Delhi deligation Comprising sri.M.Rajender Reddy, sri.U.Kanakaraju, sri.Gurumurthy, sri.Kuppuswamy, sri.Subhash chander Reddy, sri.Ramesh, and sri.Krishnaiah Met hon"bl minister of state for communication(MOS) SHRI .GURUDAS KAMATH (telecom)for implementation of FR.22(1)(A)(1)ie 9850/ Scale for officiating JTOs vide the judgements given by The hon"ble PRINCIPAL BENCH CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL NEW DELHI ( OA-3213/09,MA-1941/09)Judgement/order dt.11-11-2009 and hon"ble High court of KERALA .ERNAKULAM CAT JUDGEMENT.Minister was positively responded.Same delegation also met sri DP.DAY GM Estbl in corporate office along with Sri PRAHALAD RAI G/S AIBSNLEA and discussed about FR 22(1)(a)(1) implementation and filing of SLP OR REPLY IN Supreme court.
BSNL Management decided on 05/01/2009 to appeal in higher court for both the judjements.Our Association will take necessary steps for the court cases.
