JTO PROMOTION /COURT CASE

Mr Prahlad Rai thanks to your efforts for JTO promotion of 2 an S/T 1996 RR and good proposal given to CMD BSNL , I also request you to take up this issue with CMD and director HRD across the table so that we will get some fruitfull results sir. I on behalf of JTO officiating association BSNL India once again thanks for you and AIBSNLEA. I also thank Sri Suresh kumar G.S,BSNL MS and sri Rudrapal Sharma president BSNLOA, for their letters to CMD BSNL for JTO promotion please. I request the state coordinators kindly to send information which will be decided in New Delhi and send indivisual representations to CMD BSNL immidiatly, the contempt court caseof 5608/2007 posted hearing on 29th april in chandigarh court , our court case of 136/2008 which will be transfer to principal cat our case no is TA 578/2009 IS HEARING ON 26TH MAY 2009. The hyderabad court case of OTBP/BCR is expected on 2nd may.
