Agitational program notice to DOT and CMD BSNL

Our delegation participated in the CWC meetings of BSNLMS, BSNLOA and Farewell function of BSNLMS DGS Sri Sarnam Singh Tomar at New Delhi. Director HR Smt Sujata Ray attended the meeting and addressed the gathering.

FR 22 (1) a (1) Status

After Kerala High Court Judgement and our letters to implement the FR 22 (1) a (1) for all the Ex-Officiating JTOs through out India Establishment section moved a note for implementation of FR 22 (1) a (1). But Legal section of Corporate Office New Delhi objected and directed the Establishment Section to proceed with SLP in Supreme Court of India. Legal section appointed the Advocate also for SLP. We came to know from authorized sources from Corporate Office and immediately rushed to contact the PGM Establishment and Director HR on this issue. Our General Secretary Sri N.Kabeerdas explained the entire court cases in detail to both PGM Establishment and Director HR. Director HR positively responded and noted the issue for clarification. Before meeting with Director HR All our delegation met Sri Sebastin GS SNEA India and Sri Khan President SNEA India in front of Director HR chamber and explained the the status. They have also assured to take up the issue with the Director HR.

The delegation also met our Advocate Smt Rani Chhabra at her chamber in Supreme Court of India discussed about the case and submitted the required document. She assured that the judgement will be in favour of us only.
