Today our delegation met
AP Circle CGM Sri Muralidhar and requested him to speed up the process of
Regularization by sending the all the Officiating JTOs, Screening test qualified
JTO Phase-I trained and performed the duties of JTO on Officiating basis and
declined due to some reasons and the Officiating JTO who are transferred on
Rule-8 by reversion to substantive cadre TTA to the Phase-1 Training as early
as possible and also requested to send all the AP Circle Officiating JTO to RTTC Hyderabad. CGM assured to put up to the concerned section and give
instructions for early completion of the process.
Our delegation also met
DGM Admn, AP Circle and AGM Admn AP Circle requested them for speed up the
process for sending all the above said Officers to Phase-1 Training. They said that Admin section in Circle office
is already in the process of preparing the lists. They will publish the
provisional list of Officiating JTOs in the AP Intranet on Monday or Tuesday.
If any discrepancy found immediately you have to represent to the circle office
through proper channel and direct copy. Officiating declined officials and some
JTOs reverted to substantive cadre during Rule -8 transfer have verify in the
list kept in Intranet and respond quickly to give representation for including
their names. AP circle office writing a letter to Jabalpur for allotting the
seats for Phase-1 Training in the Training Centres. Our GS N.Kabeerdas perusing
with Jabalpur and Training section in Corporate Office New Delhi.
All the Circle representatives and active members are requested to
peruse at their respective Circles by considering all the above facts. If any

It is proposed to conduct a
meeting at Hyderabad on November 1st 2015 with all the 2nd
Screening test qualified, JTO Phase trained Officiating JTOs who are again
sending for Phase-1 training for Regularization. The details may be intimated
latter. Please make arrangements to participate in the meeting on that day in a
large number for discussing about the developments and future course of action.
All the active members and members throughout the India are requested to attend
the meeting at Hyderabad on 1st Nov 2015.
