On 23-11-2014 State Co-coordinators  Meeting was held at T-15, Atul Grove Road, New Delhi. Sri Suresh Kumar Secretary General BTEF and Sri H.P.Singh General Secretary attended the Meeting. FR 22 (1)a(1) and Regularization issues discussed.

Today Our delegation Sri Bal Kishan Rajasthan, Sri R.C.Manwar and Sri B.A.Rao Gujarat, Sri R.Adam Tamilnadu, Sri Ramachandra Rao Karnataka and our General  Secretary Sri N.Kabeerdas met CMD BSNL Sri A.N.Rai  and discussed about our Regularization through JTO RR 2014 approval in the BSNL Board Meeting. CMD BSNL told that Board Meeting may be on 10^th December 2014, but JTO RR 2014 may not be discussed in this Board Meeting also due to the revival of BSNL  issues.

Our delegation also met  Sri Vithal Bhai H. Radadiya Hon’ble  Member of Parliament  from Gujarat given Representation  and discussed about our issue.   Hon’ble  Member of Parliament   assured to discuss our issue with the Sri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Minister of Communications & IT, Govt of India.

AS per the Authorized  sources our   Regularization through JTO RR 2014 approval and other HR issues may not be discussed until unless   revival of BSNL  issues approval. Our issue will be discussed if and only any pressure from higher ups.


All the State Co-coordinators and active members are requested to act as per situation and contact our General secretary  to decide our future course of action to settle our issue.

Implementation of Deloittee Committee recommendation as a pilot project in Maharashtra Circle.

BSNL Corporate Office has taken decision to implement the recommendations of the Deloittee Committee in Maharashtra circle on pilot basis without consulting the Unions/Associations at any level. All the Unions / Associations strongly opposing the move.

The unions and associations of Maharashtra circle are meeting at Mumbai on 20-10-2014, to chalk out agitational programme, to stall the implementation of the Deloittee Committee's recommendations.
