YESTERDAY (13-01-11)WE HAD TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS WITH ALL THE STATE COORDINATORS OF OUR ASSOCIATION REGARDING THE ISSUE OF SUPPORT TO UNITED FORUM IN THE COMING ELECTIONS AND ALL THE STATE COORDINATORS UNANIMOUSLY DECIDED TO SUPPORT THE UNITED FORUM.SO BASED ON THE VIEWS GIVEN BY STATE COORDINATORS ,TO DAY WE HAVE GIVEN LETTER OF SUPPORT TO Mr.VAN NAMBOODRI.
SO ALL THE STATE COORDINATORS AND MEMBERS OF OJTO ASSOCIATION(BSNL) INDIA,PLEASE GIVE WIDE PUBLICITY TO THIS AND GIVE FULL SUPPORT UNITED FORUM LED BY BSNLEU.

The Delegation of Maharashtra (Goa) /Karnataka (Garwar,Hubli) met Shri GOPAL DAS Chairman and Managing Director BSNL ......and sri DP.DE . GM (Estbl) corp office at GOA PANJIM in AIBSNLEA Meeting and gave a representation and discussed about our Regularisation of JTO promotion. SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT AND OTHER NEWS
CAJ SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) NO.cc no. 6258-59/2009- aganist the impungend final order dated 30-05-2008 in cwp no. 5608 of 2007 and final order dated 23-01-2009 in RA no. 442 of 2008 passed by the high court of punjab and haryana at chandigarh.
Originally this case was filed by Dalbir Singh and other seven members v/s BSNL CMD and CGM Haryana Telecom Circle..............
All the eight petitioners namely Dalbir Singh and others are recruited as Telecom Technical Assistant (TTA) in the year 2002.As per 2001 JTO RR dated 26-09-2001 these petitioners are eligible for 35% departmental quota JTO examination in the year 2012 only, It means they have to complete 10 years of service in group'C.
The petitioners claimed 15 to 20 years of experience in their credit . This information submitted in the court is totally wrong and they have misguided BSNL management and honourable court. The BSNL management simply accepted the judgement and it was implemented and the same was told in the court . The court did not listen our appeal , now the diversion of the posts is totally stopped . Still this case (contempt of court) ispending in Chandigarh court vide "RA-CW:148/2009 and its hearing date is 06-08-2010.
Due to this judgement 35% quota will not get any extra vacancies or conduct of any examinations immediately is not possible.It will not effect any JTO officiating officers all over the country.
"EVERYONE HAS RIGHT TO FIGHT FOR THEIR BENIFITS BUT IT SHOULD NOT EFFECT OTHERS BENEFITS."
NEWS FROM BANGALORE:SRI MANJUNATH (State coordinator) of karnataka and other deligates met SRI GOPAL DAS (Director HR BSNL) and gave representation for personal upgradation of JTO's on
23-07-2010 and he responded positively.
NEWS FROM TAMILNADU:SRI ADAM , BABU and other deligates of JTO(o) attended TEPU TAMILNADU STATE CONFERENCE and discussed our issue with SRI R VENKAT RAMAN (NCM staff side Leader) and SRI SUBURAMAN (GENERAL SECRETARY TEPU) and they wished on behalf of JTO(o) ASSOCIATION BSNL INDIA that the conference should be a grand success.
Dear Friends We need not worry about the Supreme Court SLP judgement .We are officiating as JTOs since 5 years, and till our regularisation no exam should be held in 35% quota.We are also challenging the relaxation of service conditions from 10 years to 7 years and already Earnakulam CAT has given interim stay on the same issue of reducing service condition from 10 years to 7 years and also on conducting of JTO LICE.

NO.203//2010 AND 207//2010 This is the great achivement of our KERALA brothers who have filed cases against conducting of JTO LICE exam.They have nominated 5 advocates but justice is in our favour.We hope now also at least they realise and join with jto (o) members all over india.Further information will be given shortly.Our Association thanks and congratulates our kerala brothers for their sincere efforts... Our Association doing putting All efforts in all levels SAME BENA DAND Atleast now we reached some percentage to explaind to the management Unions for PERSONAL UPGRADATION after 10 years of EXAMINATION and 5 years of JTO OFFICIATING still there are many court cases pending in diffrent courts including HON"BL SUPREME COURT field by pro jto promotion against jto promostion ...... In this juncture i want appeal all the members of jto(o)all over india and all our state and ssa coordinators dont misguide by our own( TTA enymy who are on officiating traying for conducting of LICE exam purticularly and asking for fund ) Our association is traying when ever nessasary inform through your coordinators till that time dont send money to any body ple we also DAILOUGE with SRI .VAN.Namboodry SNATTA . So far 4 circles have issued notifications for conducting JTO LICE 35% and 15% examination with different dates.
CHHATTISGARH---exam on 11/04/2010,Vaccancies:35%=128 ,15%=52,
WESTBENGAL----exam on 21/03/2010 Vaccancies:35%=338, 15%=145,
KERALA ----exam on 30/05/2010,35%=423,15%=177, And in
ANDHRAPRADESH--- exam on 30/05/2010 vacancies will b e intimated in due course .
In other circles also notification will be issued shortly.
The ellgible candidates/non ellgible candidates are approaching honrble courts for stopping the above examinations.You are well aware that there are two groups now.7years and 5years service people --one group and 5-years Officiating JTOs --other group.There is a big difference of opinion between Management/ Unions/Associations on the issue of conduting the examination.But the Opinion of our association is only one ie "WE HAVE ALLREADY WRITTEN THE EXAM ,QUALIFIED,TRAINED AND DOING OFFICIATING SINCE 5 YEARS"Then there is no question of writing the exam once again.
